I purchased the game Wild Star and can log in, but when I click create a character, I get an error "The instruction OOXd4994667 referenced memory @ 0x0000002c". I'm not sure if it is my computer, but we have plenty of memory. Do you think that it didn't download properly?

This is a known problem for this game. The game downloaded properly, but many users had this problem. However, use the online guide to fix the error and create your character.
